Pingbiling ancient road

After leaving Shiwukeng, turn back to the intersection of Tianli Village, and then go to Lingjiao Village from this road. Look at the scenery, it's a bit gloomy and cold, isn't it? Is there a bit of "the wind is rustling and the water is cold"? For me, it seems that the distance is calling, and the longing is more than worrying.

Actually, the road condition of Pingbiling Ancient Road was not clear before I came here. When I read other people's posts on the outdoor network, it seemed that there were crowds of girls' shoes posing in various enchanting postures all the way, but I rarely introduced the situation along the way in detail, which was somewhat puzzling.

when I was in Tianli village, I heard from local villagers that the ancient road had been neglected for a long time, and the thatch had grown so tall that some places had to be crawled in by cats. After listening to this, I was afraid, but now that I have come, I will go to the end without hesitation.

when I arrived at lingjiao village, I asked the villagers about the road conditions of the ancient road. They said that there was a little time difference some time ago. These days, someone took care of it, and it was very easy to walk. After listening, I felt much more at ease.

It's also interesting to walk through the village along the stream and start looking for the entrance to the ancient road. In fact, all the way from Wangcun Town, the ancient road was intermittent, with ancient bridges and ancient pavilions accompanying it, but the modern road has partially replaced the old one.

The wall outside the gate in the picture below is called Zhaobi, which seems to be unique to Huizhou. It is said that it acts as a barrier. Feng Shui can't go straight to the hall or bedroom, otherwise it will be unlucky.

when you leave Lingjiao Village, you can see the waterfall hanging in Qianchuan.

This is probably the starting point of the ancient road. In front of me, there has been a 6-year-old elder sister, who seems to be going to their home. I have been panting and shoving. She has a coat on her shoulder, which is like walking around.

look back at lingjiao village. In the border area of Wuxiu, I walked through three villages called Lingjiao, all of which were not far apart. Except for the Lingjiao of Xiuning Wang Village, one is the Lingjiao of Wuyuan Zheyuan Township, and the other is the Lingjiao at the foot of Wuyuan Lushan Mountain. Don't be confused.

I asked the village woman who was waiting for crops halfway up the mountain: which direction is the pass down the mountain? She pointed to the mountain on the left with her left hand and said, "Over there", which is different from the direction I am going now. It seems that I have to make a big bend around the ridge to reach the pass down the mountain.

I said, it's hard for you to work in such a far place. She replied, "Is it still hard?" In the past, I planted peppers in this field, and I wanted to jump up the mountain. Now, my husband has gone out to work, and he can't take care of himself, so he began to plant something that doesn't need much care. "Lingjiao Village is probably a mountain road with more than one Li here.

after listening to what she said, I have nothing more to say. What else can I say? The so-called tiredness expressed on the road was silenced by her understatement.

Walking, I found that the sky was covered with dark clouds, and the rain was coming. It seems that I can't hide.

as the villagers in lingjiao village said, the road conditions are still good, and the slope along the way is not big. When I was approaching the top of the mountain, I passed a mixed forest of maple and tea trees, so I thought: If I crossed the ancient road in autumn, but I heard the autumn wind rustling, it would be another scene to see the layers of forests all dyed and the leaves falling.

it's a common practice to climb up until the surrounding mountains are almost as high as mine.

Climbing to the ridge, there is a relatively gentle road with a wide view, accompanied by a large tea garden. This ancient road is still walked all the year round, because there are many relatives on both sides of the mountain, and this road is a shortcut for them to come and go.

It began to rain lightly. The rain wet the stone pavement and became slippery. We had to slow down and be more careful.

when you see the first pavilion, according to the law of Huizhou ancient road, you usually set up a rest pavilion in Wuli, so you can estimate the approximate distance.

The interior of the pavilion is very simple. I don't know who planted the flag or what it means. There are several places along the way. It feels like it is done by outdoor donkey friends. They like it. It seems that if they don't do this, they can't show their professional level.

After the first tea kiosk, some sections became deserted, which was probably the "three no-care zone", and both Wuyuan and Xiuning neglected to take care of this section.

In two or three places, I feel that the soil under the stone slabs has been hollowed out by the rain, as if it will collapse at any time. Be careful when walking on these stone slabs and try to go in.

weeds almost submerged the stone road, and I always felt that there was a snake or something lurking underneath, waiting for my arrival. It was once in a thousand years. In fact, it's still psychological. According to the general rule, such a pile of weeds is humid and sultry, and snakes won't like to stay here.

I remember when I was in Tianli village, I asked a village woman who seemed familiar with the ancient road: Will there be snakes? She said: There will be snakes. Sometimes, I have seen big green snakes hanging from branches ... Oh, it's so calm, as if I'm afraid of chaos in the world.

pants and shoes are completely wet. To be honest, what I am most worried about is not snakes, wild boar or robbers, but bears. I have heard about bear injuries many times in this mountainous area, and it happened in Shiwukeng.

That was many years ago. The man who struggled with the bear, Xiao Zhang pointed it out to me when he was in the stone house pit. Now he is about seventy years old. You don't believe it. He was a soldier who used to be a reconnaissance soldier. He was so fierce that he just put his head on the bear's neck and finally killed the bear! Bear meat treats the whole village with a meal.

The arrow in the figure below refers to the area around Pingbiling Ancient Road at the junction of Xiuwu, where mountains are high and forests are dense, and bears are not uncommon. Xiuning is not very clear about this, but there have been several bear attacks on Lushan in Wuyuan.

I remember that a few years ago, I had my hair cut in a barber's shop in Lushan Township, Wuyuan. The barber happened to be giving a haircut to a villager who was attacked by a bear. I didn't care at that time, but I thought he was an ordinary disabled person. After I finished my haircut, the barber told me the origin of the scar on his face, which was caused by a bear before.

The picture below is a screenshot of Sohu News in September 216. Venue: Hushan Village, Hushan Township.

when I came to a sharp turn, a second road pavilion suddenly appeared. To tell you the truth, I studied the way to deal with bears before, and the common way is to pretend to be dead.

I don't quite agree with this. You lie there pretending to be dead, waiting for the bear to come to you slowly and sniff it on your face with its huge nose. Oh, my God! Then I can't sit up screaming, you, you, you, you, whether it is purple or not.

There is a stone tablet of Qing Dynasty in front of the pavilion. Daoguang still can't remember it during the Tongzhi period. He only read the word "Forbidden Monument" clearly, and the other words are very vague. At this time, the rain is getting heavier and heavier, which makes him uneasy and careless.

I think if I encounter a bear, the most likely thing I can do is to pretend that I'm not interested in you, but I'm not easy to mess with, even though I'm scared to death.

I won't show you my ID card either. Now the ecology is very good, and the bear is not short of food. Why should it take such a big risk? It will also weigh the pros and cons. Bear, an animal, looks silly to you, but it is actually intelligent.

This road pavilion is close to the one in front. I feel that this one is older and the grass grows taller around it.

Except for the stone lintel, stone door frame and part of the wall, the others have completely collapsed and are covered with weeds. It is estimated that the upper one was built instead of this one.

It's downhill. It seems that the uphill journey is not very long. It is said that the whole ancient road is 25 miles long, and it is estimated that one third of it goes uphill from Lingjiao Village.

It's raining harder and harder, and it's raining hard on the mountain ridge, which makes the trees "clatter". Fortunately, I brought my umbrella, otherwise I'll get soaked. Look at the running water of that umbrella and you will know how heavy the rain was.

My backpack hurts my shoulders, and I really want to find a dry place to sit down and have a rest, but I can only stand still with an umbrella, because if I squat down, the umbrella area is not enough to shelter from the rain. There is a small bag on my chest and a backpack on my back. Sweat and rain are intertwined, which is very uncomfortable.

When you take photos in the rain, the colors will be thicker, and the luster of the slate will be more vicissitudes.

When I came here the day before, I bought five steamed buns as dry food on the road in Xiuning County. I ate two in Tianli Village yesterday evening, two in the morning, and only one on Gudao Road. In addition, I added a little multivitamin and amino acid capsules. That's all. Fortunately, I didn't feel very hungry, just a little tired.

The rain lasted for about forty minutes. At the right temperature and humidity, mushrooms of various colors popped up instantly. It's amazing what nature has done.

On the road, I met two huge toads, about half a catty, blocking the road. Poke them with branches: Hey! Would you please lend me a light? It immediately swelled up, as if it were not swollen, probably warning me: please don't touch it, haven't you heard the anger of toad? ! Don't tell me, at that moment, I was really afraid of it, and I couldn't afford to hide.

At this moment, the attention was focused on the flowers and animals around us, and the wind and rain gradually stopped. What I heard was the sound of water drops dripping from the trees to the leaves after the rain, which set off the world around me very quietly.

Downhill is actually more difficult than uphill. The weight I carry is about 25kg. Every step I take, I can feel the reaction force from my knee, which is dull and painful. I stumble all the way and walk slowly.

In fact, physical pain is a kind of self-protection, which reminds you to stop overworking. The road conditions here in Wuyuan seem to be better than those in Xiuning, and the slates should be more regular.

Walking through the trees, I suddenly saw a white house in the distance. The camera was wet, and the photo couldn't be focused. I was excited: Ancient road, ancient road, you are a road to my dream hometown, I am here, and Wuyuan is there.

The first village over there in Wuyuan is called Tangcheng, which belongs to Tuochuan Township. At this time, it was already one o'clock at noon, and how much time had passed? I didn't count it. I forgot to look at my watch when I came, and it was estimated to be four hours.

this is the fourth pavilion. When I took pictures of this pavilion, I fell down twice in succession. Fortunately, they all sat on their bottoms, which fulfilled the old saying, you don't walk when you take pictures, and you don't take pictures when you walk.

There was a man resting in it. He was the only pedestrian on this ancient road trip. He said that he came here to "hang wood", that is, to pull a steel wire from the mountain to the foot of the mountain, and the wood slid down through the steel wire. His family lives in Jiangwan, Wuyuan, and now lives in Tangcheng Village. The photo is blurred and the camera is flooded.

There is a stone bridge in front of the pavilion, which is made up of a whole stone and weighs about three tons. I don't know how it was put up before, and I can't make up "according to historical records".

after rain the empty mountain, stones of crystal in its brooks.

I've seen photos of these two huge stones in outdoor posts. There is an artificial carving mark above the little spot on the left. I'd like to know what it is, but no one has explained it.

When you come here for a closer look, you must enlarge one for everyone to see. It is a Buddha statue carved on a stone. Bless passers-by, Amitabha!

The rain has completely stopped, the earth has been moistened, and the trees on the mountain look more and more green. At this moment, it is very kind to see the village, and I feel like crying.

Look at the clear water flowing in the small ditches in the village.

look back at the mountain you turned over.
