Any of the following acts in the forbidden area shall be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations:

(two) the illegal sale, storage and transportation of fireworks and firecrackers shall be punished by the relevant departments according to law; Those who constitute the provisions of Article 30 of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment shall be sentenced to administrative detention according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

(three) property service enterprises, hotels, hotels and other units, in violation of the provisions of the fireworks in the service area, do not discourage, do not report, by the public security organs to impose a fine.
