Is it normal for the car to leak water after turning on the air conditioner?

Because the automobile air conditioning system is equipped with an evaporator in the dashboard of the automobile, the surface temperature of the evaporator is very low when the air conditioner is turned on, and the moisture in the hot air in the automobile will condense on the surface of the heat absorbing fins of the evaporator, and the water droplets will be collected by the plastic shell of the evaporator and discharged out of the automobile through the pipeline. If the car stops for a while, sometimes you can see a pool of clean and transparent water, please don't worry about the car's failure, because the cooling water of the engine is usually antifreeze.
2. When it is installed outside the compressor in the engine room, it will also condense the water in the air and fall to the ground. If the low-pressure pipeline is not covered with insulation foam, the surface of the pipeline is easy to condense water in the air, and water droplets often condense and drop along the lowest point of the pipeline.

If the cold air is too cold, the moisture in the air will condense outside the air outlet, forming a white smoke jet phenomenon, and the moisture in the air will also condense on the plastic shell of the evaporator or the surface of the plastic pipe shell that transports the cold air, resulting in dripping phenomenon. This situation is more likely to happen if the plastic casing of the evaporator or the plastic pipe conveying cold air is not well insulated.
There are two main reasons for the high air humidity in the car. The first reason is that the outdoor air circulation function is continuously used, and the high-humidity air outside the car is continuously sent into the car, which cannot reduce the humidity (moisture) inside the car (discharged outside the car). The second reason is that the air tightness of the car body is poor, and the air outside the car with high humidity is constantly infiltrating into the car. 5. The drain pipe of the evaporator plastic shell is blocked, and it will drip into the car when the water level is too high. Turn on the air conditioner without turning off the fire: When the engine of a car is working, if the gasoline in the cylinder is not completely burned, it will produce high concentration of carbon monoxide. When the car is running, the concentration of carbon monoxide in the car is very low because of the convection of air through air conditioning equipment. However, when the car stops, the air conditioner continues to be on, the doors and windows of the car are closed, and the air inside the car cannot convection. If the carbon monoxide emitted by the engine leaks into the car, it will gradually accumulate and increase in concentration, leading to poisoning and even death.
