Geographical environment of Kaifu District

Kaifu District is located in the north corner of Changsha, which is located at 2813' north latitude and112 57' east longitude. Next to the east bank of the lower reaches of Xiangjiang River, it is located at the southeast end of the intersection of Liuyang River and Xiangjiang River. It is connected to Changsha County and Furong District in the east, Yuelu District in the west, Wangcheng District in the north and Tianxin District in the south.
