Mountain spring water, stream water, river water, and lake water without any pollution, flowing continuously for many years, and rich in natural aquatic life, are the best water sources for cultivating crayfish! It is also a high-quality water source for cultivating other freshwater aquatic products.

Two: Water supply and drainage facilities

It depends on the geography and terrain conditions of the farm and the surrounding water conservancy infrastructure. Therefore, we require:

1. No matter how dry the weather is, high-quality water can be introduced into the farm at any time and at any time throughout the year, as long as we want to divert water.

2. No matter how rainy the weather is, there will be no waterlogging. If there is continuous heavy rainfall, there will be no flash floods passing through the breeding farm; flash floods in the surrounding areas will not affect the breeding grounds! Three: Cross-contamination sources

In order not to be affected by surrounding agricultural production: we try to choose a place away from farmers’ residential areas. Water sources must not be polluted by poultry and livestock breeding such as large pig farms and large duck farms. Our farms cannot be located next to other people's farmland. Farmland next to others must be separated from others. The principle of separation is: irrigation of each other does not affect each other, water supply and drainage during droughts and floods do not affect each other; and the cost of separation cannot be too high. If there is a small amount of farmland that cannot be divided or the cost of dividing it is too high, even if we cannot use it for crayfish farming, we will still lease and contract it together!

If we cannot meet the above requirements, we will give up. Because we cannot let others carry out agricultural production and farming according to our requirements. In the future, we will definitely be affected by other people’s agricultural production, and there will be endless wrangling and losses.

Four: External transportation conditions

Road connections and electric connections means there are good roads leading to the farms and lighting circuits leading to the farms. For those big bosses who have financial strength, lease a very large contracting site, have a contracting period of several decades, and make large investments, they do not need to consider this. Because the road is impassable, pave it yourself; if the electricity is impassable, erect it yourself! But for ordinary newcomers who want to engage in crayfish farming. I hope you still take this issue seriously. Blocked roads will increase your labor force and labor intensity. The lack of electricity will cause little inconvenience to life. The key is that electricity irrigation is convenient, saves money and effort.

We do not have high requirements for Lutong’s standards: even on rainy days, a three-wheeled freight truck can reach the farm safely! In this way, no matter what time, we can save time, effort, labor and money when transporting supplies and catching and selling shrimps, which is convenient and fast! Electricity: Daily lighting, laundry and cooking, TV and computer, water supply and drainage are all necessary!

For ordinary farmers, when selecting a site, we must seriously consider the problem of road connection and electricity supply: if the cost of road connection and electricity supply is too high, we will not consider it and give up. Of course, in recent years, the country has undergone transformation of its land resources and electric power. This problem has little impact in most rural areas!

Five: Anti-theft and anti-theft

It is also very heavy without theft. Crayfish are too easy to steal, and stealing them during your fishing season can cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars in just a few minutes. So stay alert. The local folk customs are simple and honest, and it is best for people who do not engage in petty theft. Six: Breeding site contract period

The lease contract period of the breeding site we choose should be as long as possible.

If there is no need to renovate by yourself or the renovation cost is very low, we can rent it for a minimum of 5 years, which means it cannot be less than 5 years. Of course, the longer the period, the better.

If you need to renovate it yourself, the renovation cost is high, and we offer a minimum rental period of 10 years.

The longer the lease contract period, the more advantageous it is for you.

Even if you make money and switch to other projects, you don’t have to worry about no one taking over, because there are a lot of people waiting for you to sell it.

Because land resources are limited, so are the people who can integrate land resources for agricultural development.

So, the further back you go, the harder it will be to acquire land! In China, the cake of agriculture is getting more and more attention from big capital! Your chance is only in the past 10 years.
