Namtso in winter is very charming. The lake is frozen, and it feels like it is dynamic and suddenly sealed. I ran to the lake with my friends. It feels great to go to all kinds of places, take various photos, and see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. No wonder the owner of the inn strongly recommends us to visit Namtso. I also strongly recommend it to everyone. There are also fewer tourists in winter.
We arrived at Namco all the way from Bangor. At first sight, the lake water was turquoise, like warm jade.
Although it was very windy by the lake, everyone still had fun taking photos by the lake and had a great time.
I stayed one night on the Tashi Peninsula in a wooden house with a room rate of 160 yuan per standard room (no water or electricity) and saw the beautiful starry sky at night.
When the sun shines during the day, it is very warm. Wearing a sweater or a fleece jacket is enough. It is warm and comfortable to bask in the sun.
But it was really cold in the morning and evening. It was freezing even if I wore a down jacket, and my head hurt from the wind, so I had to wear a hat and gloves. Also, Namtso is so beautiful, but the surrounding facilities have not kept up, which is really a pity, especially the toilets.
Namtso is so beautiful. The beauty here is different from the beauty of Yanghu. Yanghu is more delicate and looks like a beautiful woman, while the beauty of Namtso is majestic.
We decided to take wedding photos in Tibet, and one of the spots was Namtso. The journey from Lhasa was endlessly beautiful. Although the weather that day couldn’t be said to be too good, Namtso still made us feel shocked and disappointed. The blue-green lake water and the waves that hit it when taking pictures always make me feel like I'm at the beach. But the weather is quite cold, there are snow-capped mountains on the opposite side, and the water is a bit bit bitter. I only wear a wedding dress when taking pictures, and I have to hurry up when getting ready. I put on a thick coat. When my husband was taking pictures here, the waves hit his shoes and pants, and his shoes and pants were wet. He caught a cold after we got back, and he didn’t make it to Mount Everest the next day.
It’s a pity that we didn’t stay in Namtso for a few days. In just a few hours, we couldn’t really enjoy the beautiful scenery here. We will definitely stay here for a few days next time we go to Tibet. , enjoy it.
Attached is a picture of a poor Tibetan driver who is very handsome.
