Four, the main safety technical measures
(1) The embedded parts such as cantilever steel pipes shall be embedded in time according to the drawings.
(2) Steel pipes shall be genuine, free from concave-convex shapes, defects, cracks and deformation, and have factory certificates; The joint surface between the fastener and the steel pipe should be in good contact, and there should be no cracks, pores, porosity, sand holes or casting defects that affect the service performance.
(3) Each floor is provided with wall connecting pieces, which are arranged in a quincunx shape every 6m (four longitudinal distances) and every floor (3.2-4M). The wall connecting rod is embedded with Ф10 round steel, and welded with the steel pipe on the shelf (welding length is 5CM).
(4) The bracing should be set with the scaffold at the same time, the spacing should be controlled within 9M and the angle should be 45.
(5) Scaffolding must be higher than the construction operation surface 1.8M (one step), and be enclosed with scaffolding with a height of 1M and a dense mesh safety net, and be closed with bamboo veneer or bamboo basketry every four steps away from the wall.

Five, shelf maintenance and acceptance
(1) Scaffolds shall be accepted before being put into use.
(2) The Quality & Safety Department of the company shall organize the person in charge of the construction site, technical, safety, installation and other related personnel to conduct the acceptance together. After acceptance, an acceptance form shall be filled in and signed by the person in charge of the construction site and the acceptance personnel. Only after the acceptance is qualified can it be put into use.
(3) Scaffolding shall be inspected by the site safety officer and the shelf team leader, and shall be inspected regularly by the company's Quality and Safety Department, and handled in time when problems are found.
(4) It is forbidden to concentrate building materials such as steel pipes and molds on the external scaffolding. Major design changes such as formwork support must be approved by the competent technical personnel, and can only be used after the written procedures are completed.
Six, shelf demolition
(1) When the shelf is dismantled, the operation area should be divided, warning signs should be erected around it, and the ground should be commanded by special personnel. Non-working personnel are strictly prohibited from entering.
(2) Dismantling aerial workers must wear safety helmets, fasten safety belts, tie their legs and wear soft-soled shoes.
(3) The demolition sequence should follow the principle of top-down, first erection and then demolition, and proceed in turn according to the principle of one step in place. It is strictly prohibited to carry out demolition work at the same time.
(4) When dismantling the upright post, hold the upright post first, then dismantle the last two buttons, dismantle the main rail and diagonal bracing, dismantle the middle button first when bracing, then hold the middle button and untie the end button.
(5) Even the wall pole should be dismantled step by step with the demolition progress.
(6) When dismantling, there should be a unified command, echoing up and down, and coordinating actions. When you untie the knot related to others, you should inform the other party first to prevent it from falling.
(7) Before dismantling the big shelf, the reserved chute, feeding platform and small flying channel should be reinforced to ensure the integrity, safety and stability after dismantling.

(9) The dismantled materials shall be bound by ropes and transported slowly by pulleys. Do not throw them. Materials transported to the ground should be placed in the designated place, transported with the demolition, and stacked in categories. The removed fasteners should be collected and disposed of centrally.
