I think it's He Chun.

I saw "spring grain"

That summer three years ago, I saw a green poster in an obscure corner of the campus. Since then, He Chun and I have formed an indissoluble bond. Many people, including my parents and classmates, will ask me what He Chun does. I think it's time to share my He Chun with you.

As a contestant:

When I graduated from junior high school, as the winner of the first He Chun Competition in Kaili No.2 Middle School, I got the opportunity to visit and exchange with Shanghai. Before that, I also participated in some activities, but He Chun left the deepest impression on me. I think this should be reflected in He Chun's meticulous care and affinity for students and its unique model.

Different from other competitions, He Chun does not emphasize survival of the fittest or outshining others, but teamwork and communication. We call those He Chun staff teachers, but they are actually our friends. On the journey from Guiyang to Shanghai, everything was meticulous from accommodation to mental state, and their arrangement and care were meticulous. In addition, they have never stood on the other side of the boundary between the elders and the younger generation, but they are very willing to sit down and listen to our ideas and exchange views with us on some things, which makes me feel valued and very willing to confide in my heart.

He Chun is like a big family to me. The journey in Shanghai is full of fun of exploration and discovery, and also full of warm and harmonious atmosphere.

As a member of society:

Looking back on the third year, several members of our club happily posted their own hand-painted posters in the most conspicuous places on campus, numbered each book, held their own reading meeting, selected student judges, held a competition, discussed the competition process and rules, and discussed the award standards. At that time, there were no clubs in the school, and we first realized the pressure and fun of managing our own work and holding competitions.

When I was a sophomore, I came to Huaxi, Guiyang to attend a community work exchange meeting. During the three-day exchange activities, we wrote ideas, discussed and summarized, spoke actively and made innovations. The competitions organized by He Chun emphasize teamwork, and the tasks assigned by He Chun need brainstorming. Representatives from each school took the stage to show the development process and achievements of their school's community activities, and the schools exchanged learning experiences with each other. These societies founded and managed by students themselves may be a little immature, but they are full of surprises.

As a judge:

Last year, when I entered the third year of senior high school, I was honored to be invited by He Chun to attend the ETS conference as a student judge. Because I once participated in the competition as a player, the most surprising thing about last year's competition system was the participation of research-based learning. At the beginning of the founding of He Chun, speech sharing was the main way of competition. However, this method pays too much attention to speech skills, and the advantage of research-based learning lies in examining the ability of each contestant to discover, explore, think and solve problems.

What impressed me deeply was the training of the judges before the competition, which made me understand that the purpose of He Chun is not to select outstanding people, but to popularize them. We don't need to judge the achievement value of the project from a professional and scientific point of view, nor do we need to overemphasize their speech skills and ppt display design. Every judge should look at his research from the perspective of children, see if he can find some problems around him, and actively study and put forward his own ideas. President Lu told us many times that he hoped we could be less harsh and more encouraging and affirming. Maybe it's because the knowledge is not wide enough, maybe it's because the conditions are not satisfied with learning a subject to a very advanced level, but we pay attention to the process, which is the continuous improvement of the way to solve problems and the improvement of ability, which is also the embodiment of a person's comprehensive quality.

As a volunteer:

This year, I just finished high school and came to this big family again. As a volunteer, I joined the internal working team in He Chun. The full and intense work process made me know more about He Chun. The work I have been in contact with is only a small part. Those more complicated work arrangements, such as competition rules, award criteria, score entry, video recording, group drawing, food, clothing, housing and transportation, are all from scratch, and have been continuously improved and perfected under the repeated discussions of He Chun staff. Accommodation for 200 to 300 people needs to be arranged in an orderly manner, and the report card is even more foolproof. Students' safety and psychological state must also be taken care of.

? I watched my senior, who had been standing all day, worried about the mental state of the students participating in the competition and communicated with them in the middle of the night. I watched the busy staff go to the restaurant in shifts to eat only a few meals. I watched the staff take the rain at night to comfort and clear the depressed eliminated students. I watched the staff trying to correct every tiny mistake. These workers also have their own jobs and families. They are willing to spare precious time and energy to insist on such a thing. Such a short period of time can not see the obvious effect, there is a risk of not being recognized, which deeply touched me and made me more energetic to complete every job.

?

It is true that the support of national policies and the contribution of caring people in society are of great help to the construction of hardware facilities in backward areas, but the lack of educational resources and platforms will limit students' thinking horizons to some extent. I think this is exactly what He Chun wants to do, which impressed me deeply.

I think three years ago, I probably didn't fully understand the ultimate goal and significance of He Chun's activities, but because of these people in He Chun, I am willing to choose to fight with them. I like such a group of people who are willing to spend time and energy to challenge tradition and innovate. Maybe we should start with their meticulous and serious attitude towards small things. It may have started three years ago when I saw Mr. Lu rush to the hospital alone with an unexpectedly unconscious classmate. Probably from seeing them discussing the competition system at two o'clock in the morning for the best fairness and the best meaning. Maybe it starts with chatting with tired seniors and classmates who take part in the competition. Maybe it started when I saw a judge write half a piece of paper.

I won't and don't want to write a hymn in flowery and sensational words. I just want to say my truest feelings about He Chun in the past three years.

This is the "spring valley" in my eyes
