8. Draw lightning with polygons. Lightning consists of two deformed triangles. Of course, you can also draw by yourself with the pen tool. The color purity of bottom lightning is slightly lower. Then copy a layer of lemon color filled with high saturation, and use layer mask to erase some lightning in the upper layer.

9. Fill the color as shown in the figure. Draw an ellipse under a small cloud on the lightning layer and feather the ellipse with the property panel. The way is superposition, and the effect is as shown in the figure.
