Three. Further liability agreement between the parties:

2. In general, if the house and its facilities are damaged, the cost of timely maintenance shall be paid by the owner or the owner's agent. 3. If the house and facilities are damaged due to improper use, the user shall be responsible for appropriate compensation. For the damage of articles in the room, it must be replaced with articles of the same quality. In case of emergency, the user shall notify the owner or the owner's agent within 24 hours, and allow him to enter the room for inspection and arrange maintenance.

4. During the house changing period, the house changing person shall not sublet the house to others.

5. Without the written consent of the owner, the user shall not modify the structure and decoration of the house.

6. If any damage is caused to the third party during the house change, the user shall be responsible for compensation.

7. During the house change, the user should pay the property fee, health fee and the water, electricity, gas, telephone and other expenses consumed by the user.

8. The user is obliged to forward all the mail of the owner to the owner or the owner's agent.

9. Both parties to the property right exchange shall also sign the property right exchange agreement and go through the relevant formalities at the local housing management registration department.

Both parties declare that house exchange (except property exchange) does not belong to house property right transaction. It can not be used for property lending, nor does it involve the receipt and payment of any economic benefits. The two sides of the house exchange agreement only invite each other to visit and live as guests within the agreed time limit.
