What is the date of fear?

Twenty-four solar terms represent climate change and agricultural season, which is of great significance in agricultural production. Sting is one of the 24 solar terms, starting from beginning of spring, followed by rain, sting and vernal equinox. Stinging usually occurs on March 5, 6 or 7 of the Gregorian calendar.

After "beginning of spring", the weather turned warmer, the spring thunder first sounded, all kinds of insects hibernating in the soil were awakened, and eggs hibernating in winter began to ovulate, so it can be seen that awakening is a solar term reflecting natural phenology. But what really wakes up hibernating animals is not the rumble of thunder, but the underground temperature when the temperature rises to a certain extent. In the season of fright, some parts of China are already in the season of peach blossom red, plum blossom white, orioles singing and swallows coming, and most areas have entered the spring ploughing season. There is a proverb that says, "If you are surprised, it will be warm and harmonious, and the old toad will sing folk songs." "Thunder stuns Gu Mi base, stunning Remy like mud". This means that it is normal to hear thunder on the day of the earthquake or after it, and the weather is good and the year is good. In some areas, it was forbidden to thunder a few days ago, and the meteorological law of "thunder rings before thunder, and rain is like a dragon" was summarized. Therefore, the conversion of solar terms is very important for farmers and friends. Besides, for us modern people, whether you are a businessman, a doctor or other professions, accumulating certain phenological knowledge will be helpful to your life and work.

According to the differences of natural phenology and physique, reasonable mental, daily and dietary conditioning should be carried out for the health care of the solar terms. However, the difference in physique actually refers to one aspect of people's physique. Because the human body is endowed by nature and influenced by many acquired factors, it has formed some relatively stable characteristics of different psychological and physiological functions during its growth, development and aging. These characteristics often determine the susceptibility of the body to certain pathogenic factors and the tendency in the process of pathological changes, so it should vary from person to person in health care and cannot be generalized.

The constitution mentioned by Chinese medicine is different from the temperament that people often say. Temperament is the sum of psychological functions such as mental outlook, personality and behavior formed by human body under the influence of acquired factors, and it is also the characteristic of "spirit", while physique is a comprehensive reflection of form and spirit. There are inseparable internal relations between them. That is, constitution can include temperament, but temperament is not equal to constitution.

After the shock, everything recovers. This is the spring season, but it is also the season when all kinds of viruses and bacteria are active. During the period of fright, the qi of liver yang in human body is gradually rising, and the yin blood is relatively insufficient. Health care should conform to the characteristics of the rising of yang and the beginning of everything, so that people's spirit, emotions and qi and blood are as smooth and full of vitality as a spring.

Chinese medicine believes that the four seasons cooperate with the five internal organs, and spring belongs to the liver. A series of liver diseases, such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, psychosis, hypertension and stroke, often recur or worsen in spring. Chinese medicine has long put forward the saying that "the liver should be nourished in spring". Only by maintaining the physiological function of the liver in spring can we adapt to the vigorous changes of nature. If the protection and nourishment of the liver are neglected and the liver function is abnormal, the above diseases are prone to occur. Modern epidemiological investigation also confirmed that Jing-Zhe is the high incidence season of liver diseases. In addition, such as influenza, meningitis, chickenpox, herpes zoster, epidemic hemorrhagic fever and so on. Epidemics are easy to break out in this solar term, so we should prevent such diseases.

Huangdi Neijing said: "Spring March is called Chen. Heaven and earth are born and everything is glorious. Lie down and leave early at night, stride in court, put on your hair and walk slowly to make a living. " It means that when everything recovers in spring, you should go to bed early, get up early and walk slowly, which can make you feel happy and healthy. This summarizes the basic points in daily life: going to bed early and getting up early, soaking feet with hot water before going to bed, and massaging Yongquan point on the soles of the feet can all promote sleep. In the morning, you can stand on the balcony or in front of the window, fully stretch your body, slightly open your eyes and stare at the roof, then slightly close your eyes and rub your hands on your eyes for a while, repeating 2 1 time, which can maintain your eyes and prevent them from being dry in spring. Sunbathing outdoors during the day can nourish the yang of the human body.

Diet conditioning depends on the change of solar terms and everyone's physical condition. During the period of fright, diet and daily life should conform to the nature of the liver, help the temper and make the five internal organs calm. Mainly based on the principle of "nourishing yang in spring and summer", you can eat more foods that can nourish yang, such as leeks, spinach and shepherd's purse. In spring, liver qi is strong, which is easy to hurt the spleen, so eat less acid, eat more sweets such as jujube, crispy rice and yam, and replenish the spleen in shock season, which can be made into jujube porridge and yam porridge.
