Guangzhou Asian Games Town Gymnasium is located in the south of Guangzhou Asian Games Town, facing the scenic Lotus Bay in the north, facing the athletes' village and flag-raising square across the water, and connected with the main news center through the air pedestrian corridor, which is the gateway to the Asian Games Town. It is one of the newly-built venues of the Asian Games 12, one of the main competition venues of the Asian Games, and the largest comprehensive gymnasium in Guangzhou.
