Why is the new Microsoft system named Win+ 10 instead of Win+9?

Personally, I think this is because Microsoft thought it was a qualitative leap of 1. Originally, it wanted to be named windows one, but when it was found to have the same name as windows 1, it became windows 10. And because windows 10 is platform-wide, mobile phones, PCs and tablet systems are all called windows 10, which is not as clear as windows 8. See more answers >>
