Is it possible to go to the Chengshantou to Motianling cableway on a rainy day?

Yes. Chengshantou is a coast with continuous green peaks, vast blue sea, majestic cliffs, huge waves and flying snow. It is an ideal tourist summer resort. Motianling Ecological Tourism Scenic Area is located northwest of Chengshantou Scenic Area in Rongcheng City, Weihai City, Shandong Province. It is a small peninsula surrounded by the sea on three sides. You can go to the Motianling Cableway from Chengshantou on rainy days, but the Motianling Cableway will be out of service when the weather is windy and rainy. It is best to go when the weather is fine.
