There are more than 2,000 properties in Jixian and Hamatang (it was only 8,900 when I was at school ...), but now the price of Langtou is also 2,000.
The basic prices of urban housing are as follows:
Binjiang: The price of new houses is around 5,000 = 7,000, not to mention the appreciation space. Many rich people can't afford it. The disadvantage is that the river is more fashionable, and nothing else. A while ago, I saw a second-hand house with a river view, which cost less than 3000 yuan. At Fuchun Road and Sanma Road, I can still find such an old river view house.
Mountain scenery: It's basically above 3,000, and places like Hotel Ditch, Baifanggou, Wudaohe, Qidaogou, Badaogou and Jiudaogou have all been developed, which shows that the land in Dandong is in short supply. If you want to find a house near the mountain and the water, you have to work hard.
Urban area: basically between 3000-4000, Liu Xin and other places can reach 4000.
Property in Zhen 'an District: 2000-3000: After Zhen 'an Bridge, Lv Dan Jiangyuan, tsinghua campus, Yazi Jiayuan, Ziguangfu County, Oriental Fengjing, Dongping Jiayuan, Hamatang Sunshine Beishang, Hanlin Academy and Helmet Royal Xinyuan are all at this price.
In fact, Dandong is developing rapidly now, and it is also good to buy a house in the traditional non-urban area, mainly because of the convenient transportation and more buses. If you can get through it, you can buy a car with the money saved from buying a house in the city.
However, if you get married, there are many factors to consider. If you want to change the second suite as an investment, you must consider the location, the school district where your children will go to school in the future, and the price increase of real estate, which is partly caused by the wedding room, especially in a city like Dandong.
If you wander around frequently, you will meet some mortgaged houses. These prices are a little cheaper, but most of them need cash. You'd better have a good look at the building number of the building. Generally, the edge or building number is inside, facing north (it will be colder in winter). In residential areas, lots are not good, and developers will not leave lots that are easy to sell as collateral.
Dandong is long and narrow, so the land is tight, and the house price in Dandong will not come down for a while. At this point, real estate involves too many industries and has a great impact on the economy.

Pool area: This is the hidden rule in Dandong area, such as the area of stairs and corridors. When you buy a house, the developer has included it in the area, so you have to pay for it yourself. The pool area of elevator rooms is generally larger than that of staircase rooms, but most of them are around 10 square meter.
Salesgirl: it's a secret weapon, but I haven't been recruited yet, because I always go by asking.
