Exhibition and Collection of Zhangjiagang Museum
In the exhibition area of inscriptions, representative inscriptions 19 in Zhangjiagang area were selected, including epitaphs in Ming Dynasty, xipu Tang Monument, Yang Yizhuang Monument in Qing Dynasty, letters and maps. In addition, the architectural components that can express the characteristics of Zhangjiagang, such as lion rolling hydrangea, water margin story, Danhe stone pier, etc. , also concentrated on display. Located on the first floor of the west side of the museum, with an area of about 800㎡. Display in the form of showcase and semi-open booth, integrating audio-visual and multimedia display means such as pictures, objects, models and scenes, highlighting the folk characteristics of Zhangjiagang, and restoring the folk production, life, characteristic blocks and folk customs of Zhangjiagang in one scene.
The exhibition consists of four parts:
First, the land of plenty. Show the regional landforms and fishing and hunting scenes of Zhangjiagang.
Second, the old street market. Taking historical blocks as the main form of expression, it shows the street customs in Zhangjiagang area.
Third, Jiyang people. In the form of traditional folk houses, it reflects the architectural characteristics and living customs of Zhangjiagang folk houses.
Fourth, local customs. This paper systematically introduces the solar terms customs, dialect characteristics, folk art and religious beliefs in Zhangjiagang. Bronze mirrors have a long history as daily necessities for ancient people to dress up and decorate their faces. They were used from the late Neolithic period to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and formed their own system in Chinese bronzes. With excellent casting, rich inscriptions and ornate ornamentation, it has become a unique treasure in China's ancient cultural heritage.
Yizheng is an important node city between Ning, Zhen and Yang. When Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty officially established a county, it developed into a famous industrial and commercial city in the Tang and Song Dynasties. Yizheng Museum has more than 500 ancient bronze mirrors, from the Warring States to the Qing Dynasty. The bronze mirrors in Han Dynasty are the most distinctive, which shows the development history of ancient bronze mirrors in China from one side and reflects the social life and cultural outlook of each era.
In this exhibition, Yizheng Museum has more than 80 bronze mirrors. The exhibits are complete in time sequence, complete in variety, rich in cultural connotation and of great artistic appreciation value. We hope that through this exhibition, we can open a unique bronze cultural window for the general public and feel the lasting charm of China's ancient civilization. Zhangjiagang Historical and Cultural Exhibition Hall is located on the south side of the second floor of the museum, with an area of about 925㎡. By means of display cabinets and mobile display cabinets, pictures, objects, restoration models, multimedia, etc., the essence of my collection and precious cultural relics unearthed from major archaeological discoveries in Zhangjiagang in recent years are displayed centrally, and the fruitful achievements of ancient civilization and outstanding contributions to Chinese civilization in Zhangjiagang are systematically displayed.
The exhibition hall consists of five parts.
First, the origin of civilization. Show the important cultural relics unearthed from Dongshan Village site and Xujiawan site and the main archaeological achievements of Dongshan Village site in recent years.
Second, the rhyme of Tang and Song Dynasties. Focus on displaying the essence of Tang and Song cultural relics and the main archaeological achievements of Huangsipu site.
Third, the military fortress. It shows the unique geographical advantages of Zhangjiagang as the sea head at the end of the Yangtze River, historical legends such as Tibetan Army Cave and Han Shizhong's resistance to gold, and related representative objects.
Fourth, Fort Yang She. Show the restoration scene of Fort Yang She and the historical sites related to the war of resistance in Zhangjiagang.
Five, Zhangjiagang celebrities. We start with the existing data, select the representative historical and cultural celebrities in each period, and then classify the celebrities in detail. The whole exhibition is divided into three parts: preface, ancient celebrities and modern celebrities.
The preface summarizes the long history, outstanding figures and celebrities of Zhangjiagang.
The first part is about ancient celebrities. From the establishment of Jiyang County in the second year of Taikang in the Western Jin Dynasty, through the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, especially in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Zhangjiagang's celebrities came forth in large numbers, covering many fields such as politics, literature and art, showing the characteristics of sustained prosperity and development of large families. This part classifies historical and cultural celebrities according to their social status, outstanding achievements, influence of the times and other factors, and divides them into five parts: famous ministers in previous dynasties, Wen Yuan Yan Jun, Xinglin wizards and celebrities in rural areas.
The second part is about modern celebrities. This part is divided into five parts: revolutionaries, patriots, cultural elites and academicians of the two academies. At the same time, the exhibition hall also featured the Zhangjiagang Historical and Cultural Exhibition, reflecting the historical position of Zhangjiagang from different aspects and telling the prosperity, decline, prosperity and extinction of different times.
Mr. Xie Jun is the vice chairman of Nantong Calligraphers Association and the chairman of Rudong Calligraphers Association. In his early years, he studied under Mr. Pan, and later under the famous calligrapher. He has a profound knowledge of calligraphy and is good at cursive. His works have won many awards in national competitions, and have been exhibited in the eighth national calligraphy and seal cutting exhibition, the second national cursive script exhibition, the first national calligraphy art exhibition and other national exhibitions. Many high-level art treasures are collected by professional institutions and calligraphy lovers at home and abroad, such as the International Olympic Organizing Committee and the National Museum. This invitation exhibition * * * exhibited more than 80 representative works of Mr. Xie Jun in different periods, including combined banners, nave, fans, banners, album pages, hand scrolls and other forms. His works are not only large in scale, but also rich in display forms and forms, which can be called a comprehensive display of his calligraphy attainments and artistic ideas. As a meaningful artistic exchange between Zhangjiagang and Rudong, this exhibition will not only promote the exchange of calligraphy artists between the two places, but also present a high-quality cultural feast for the general public.
