The Xunliao Coastal Tourism Resort includes the administration of four village committees: Xunliao, Chisha, Lanchong, and Xingang Fishery The scope is adjacent to Daya Bay in the west, with a total area of 25.33km?.
Based on the physical and geographical characteristics, it is divided into three sub-regions: North District, Central District and Southern District. The North District has a total area of 7.02 square kilometers, including 1.67 square kilometers of construction land; the Central District has a total area of 9.11 square kilometers, including 3.56 square kilometers of construction land; the Southern District has a total area of 9.19 square kilometers, including 5.22 square kilometers of construction land. Adopt unified planning control standards.
The Xunliao Coastal Tourist Resort should be built into an ecological tourist resort with international standards and unique mountain and sea characteristics, which is dominated by the development of tourism, vacation, and business industries.
Goals of the planning area
The overall goals are:
Protect a good ecological environment and natural landscape, create a modern resort function and form, and form a "mountain, sea "Surrounding the space features, building an efficient infrastructure system, and creating an international coastal tourist resort that is integrated with nature.
The sub-goals are:
1. Huizhou’s new vacation hotspot and the leader in coastal tourism around Daya Bay.

Transportation
It is recommended to set up special tourist buses in major tourist source cities according to the characteristics of tourist sources to increase the attractiveness of the resort.
The design of public parking lots and ship terminals (including water bus stations) in the area should be coordinated with the environment, and the signs should be standardized, eye-catching and beautiful.
Tour
A tourist service center must be set up in the central district to provide consultation, guidance, information release and other services, while tourist service points must be set up in the north and south districts.
Unify the design of various guidance signs in the area (including tour guide panoramas, guide maps, signboards, scenery introduction boards, etc.) to achieve outstanding styling features, rich artistic sense, and reflection of local culture feature. Signage settings must be standardized, reasonable, eye-catching, easy to identify, and coordinated with the overall environment.
A sufficient number of public rest facilities (such as seats, pavilions, etc.) must be provided in the area, and the density of facilities must be increased accordingly in areas where tourists are concentrated.
Catering
Combined with commercial facilities and public spaces, special dining streets such as Fisherman’s Wharf Seafood Street and Riverside Bar Street are formed.
Catering facilities in the district must be hygienic and tidy. Food hygiene must comply with national regulations. Catering services should be equipped with disinfection facilities. Disposable tableware that pollutes the environment should not be used.
During peak tourist periods, temporary small catering spots (such as mobile catering trucks, etc.) can be set up in major crowd gathering areas, but they must be managed in a unified manner to ensure they are hygienic, clean and do not pollute the environment.
Accommodation
In addition to various high- and mid-range hotels and hotels, local villagers are encouraged to provide accommodation services in their own properties. The resort management committee implements unified management and training.
A number of characteristic hotels have been formed based on local cultural characteristics, such as fisherman's inn, Hakka courtyard, etc.
Shopping
