Hello! This is the icon. This icon panel is loaded with ribbon commands. To change it to the simplified form, enter ribb at the command line, then move the cursor at the left command prompt and select the command with the same first four letters (sorry, I forgot this command).

Regarding wind and water power, it should be additional third-party software. Find it yourself. Of course, you can also draw it yourself, which is much more difficult. Good luck!
