What kind of contract does the contract belong to?

Contract belongs to non-essential contract, promise contract, paid contract and bilateral contract.

The characteristics of this contract are as follows:

1, the contract is a promise, not a contract. The establishment of a contract only requires the two parties to reach an agreement on the main terms, and the expression of the agreement is informal, written or oral. After the conclusion of the contract, if the subject matter needs to be delivered, the delivery behavior is not the act of establishing the contract, but the act of performing the contract, which is the act of the ordering party performing the established contractual obligations.

2. This contract is a two-service and paid contract. In the contract, the contractor has the obligation to complete the work and pay the results of the work, and the ordering party has the obligation to pay remuneration. Because their obligations are mutual convection, the contract is a two-way contract. In the contract, both parties paid a price. If one party wants to get the payment from the other party, it must pay the other party accordingly, so the contract is also a paid contract.

3. Contracts are generally inherently continuous contracts. Continuous contract is a concept corresponding to temporary contract, and the distinction between them is based on the position of time factor in contract performance. A continuous contract refers to a contract that can be completed without a one-time payment, but is continuously realized. Its basic feature is that time plays an important role in contract performance, and the content of total payment depends on the length of payment.

To sum up, the contract cannot be performed immediately, because the contractor's work often needs to last for a period of time, which, like the employment contract, labor contract, partnership contract, lease contract, loan contract, custody contract and custody contract, belongs to the inherent continuous contract.
