400 words composition describing the summer scenery of Xiaoqing River

I grew up in Qinghe, which is my hometown.

Qinghe District under the jurisdiction of Tieling, a "big city", is a beautiful and rich land of fish and rice. There is not much space here, and the place where people gather the most is the reservoir. Every hot summer, people will choose this place to escape the heat. In summer, when you come here, you will see a very spectacular and magnificent landscape. The water sprayed from the reservoir gate is like a fierce lion roaring and rushing to the distance. As long as you stand by the stone wall of the reservoir, it is like a fine drizzle, and you will feel very cool and comfortable. A beautiful rainbow spans both sides of the canal.

There used to be a famous open channel in Qinghe. The scene of the former open channel and reservoir is a little worse than one or two, but it is not inferior. In winter, the downstream of the open channel is frozen. You can go skating there. The water in the open channel is hot, and it is always steaming in winter. When it meets the right weather, the trees beside it are covered with beautiful tree hangings. A building next to the open channel also disappeared unconsciously, that is, the open channel bridge. In the past, the height of the open channel bridge was not exactly the same as that of the highway, and it was a soil bridge, which made it very inconvenient for cars to drive. Now, for traffic safety, the open channel bridge has been rebuilt. Now the height of the open channel bridge is higher than that of the highway, forming a slope, and there is a fence next to it, so the traffic is much more convenient.

I am a student in the second primary school. I used to study in the second primary school. The school gate there is iron, and the playground is full of sand. The wind often fascinates the eyes. What you see is a dilapidated teaching building with only three floors. The desks and chairs in the classroom are all made of wood, with messy words and pictures engraved on them. Now my school is extraordinary. Tables and chairs are all new. The playground is like an asphalt road with fitness equipment. The gate is made of iron and can be remotely controlled. In addition, doormen have been set up and new teaching buildings and canteens have been built. The teaching building has four floors, including classrooms, teachers' offices, toilets and water rooms. You really have everything you want!

Great changes are taking place in my hometown. Although it is not as good as developed big cities, it has beautiful scenery and beautiful environment, which is our most precious resource. I love Qinghe, and I love my hometown!
