Huilai County is a county under the jurisdiction of Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, which is located in the southeast coast of Guangdong Province and the south of Chaoshan area. It borders Chaonan District of Shantou City in the east, Lufeng of Shanwei City in the west, Puning in the north and Nanhai in the south, with a land area of 1.253 square kilometers.
