Introduce the ocean into the company to build three new reservoirs. The reason is that the water diversion project includes Shihu Reservoir, external diversion project and internal diversion project. After the project is completed, it will solve the water shortage problem in Dalian in 2040, optimize the layout of internal water supply projects, enhance the water supply capacity of the projects, and effectively improve the water supply security. The project plans to build Shihu Reservoir, Heiyuting Gate, water supply project from Heiyuting Gate to Biliuhe Reservoir and Dalian water supply project. Through the joint operation of reservoir and sluice, the Dayang River is pumped from Heiyuting sluice to Biliuhe Reservoir, and after being regulated by Biliuhe Reservoir, it is supplied to Wazidian Reservoir, Dongfeng Reservoir High-level Pool and Liu Da Reservoir respectively, and then connected to the existing water supply network in Dalian. The annual water supply of the project is 445 million cubic meters, and the total length of the water transmission line is 287 kilometers, including 99 kilometers of tunnels and 0/88 kilometers of pipelines.
