How far is it to build an oil depot from the community?
The fire safety distance between the oil depot and residential areas and public buildings: the first-class oil depot is not less than 100m, the second-class oil depot is not less than 90m, the third-class oil depot is not less than 80m, the fourth-class oil depot is not less than 70m, and the fifth-class oil depot is not less than 50m.
2. Fire safety distance between oil depot and industrial and mining enterprises: the first-class oil depot shall not be less than 60 meters, the second-class oil depot shall not be less than 50 meters, the third-class oil depot shall not be less than 40 meters, the fourth-class oil depot shall not be less than 35 meters and the fifth-class oil depot shall not be less than 30 meters;
3. The safe fire distance between the oil depot and the national railway line: the first-class oil depot shall not be less than 60 meters, the second-class oil depot shall not be less than 55 meters, and the third, fourth and fifth-class oil depots shall not be less than 50 meters;
4. The fire safety distance between the oil depot and the railway line of industrial enterprises: the first-class oil depot shall not be less than 35 meters, the second-class oil depot shall not be less than 30 meters, and the third, fourth and fifth-class oil depots shall not be less than 25 meters;
5. The safe fire distance between the oil depot and the highway: the first-class oil depot is not less than 25m, the second-class oil depot is not less than 20m, and the third, fourth and fifth-class oil depots are not less than15m;
6. The safe fire protection distance between the oil depot and the national first-class and second-class overhead communication lines: the first-,second-,third-,fourth-and fifth-class warehouses shall not be less than 40m;
7. The safe fire protection distance between the oil depot and the overhead power lines and overhead communication lines that do not belong to the first and second levels of the country: the warehouse of the first, second, third, fourth and fifth levels shall not be less than 1.5 times the pole height;
8. The safe fire protection distance between the oil depot and the blasting operation site (such as quarry): the warehouses of Class I, II, III, IV and V shall not be less than 300m;
9. The fire spacing between buildings and structures in the oil depot shall comply with the provisions of Code for Design of Oil Depots.
