I went to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong on July 7th. What is the weather like there now? Do I need to wear a long-sleeved coat?
The temperature difference between day and night is large, so you need to bring enough warm and cold clothes. If you are young and travel light, it is enough to take a long-sleeved coat to survive. I went this time last year, just a pair of jeans and a long-sleeved coat. Some people spend 25-30 yuan to buy down cotton-padded clothes at the foot of the mountain, and throw them away or give them to other climbers when they run out. The main reason is that it is cold in the morning and evening in the mountains and hot in the daytime, and long-sleeved coats cannot be worn (except in rainy days).
Jiuzhaigou belongs to the middle and high altitude area, and generally there is not much mountain reaction, but Huanglong is high in altitude, so it is not suitable for strenuous exercise. It is advisable to drink less and eat more fruits and vegetables to prevent mountain reaction.
