3 the difference between the scope of application of rotary drilling rig and circulating drilling rig
Many people think that the rotary drilling rig is larger in diameter and deeper than the traditional circular drilling rig, but this is actually a misunderstanding. Usually, the drilling depth of rotary drilling rig is within 50-60m, and the drilling diameter is within 2m, mostly within1.8m. However, the drilling depth of domestic reverse circulation drilling rig can reach hundreds of meters, and the drilling diameter is 3m, which is almost impossible for rotary drilling rig, which is determined by the structure of drilling rig. Rotary drilling rig relies on telescopic drill pipe to borrow soil. When the hole depth increases, it is bound to use a longer drill pipe, and the lengthening of the drill pipe will inevitably increase the weight of the drill pipe, so considering the balance of the whole machine, the equipment cost will also increase. In addition, if the drilling depth is too large, the drilling time in the hole will be much less than the auxiliary time such as lifting drilling and unloading soil, which greatly reduces the work efficiency. Although the drilling depth and diameter of rotary drilling rig are not better than that of circular drilling rig, it has absolute advantages in work efficiency, environmental protection, displacement, especially stratum adaptability, and these characteristics can solve the most common problems in foundation construction.
4 Matters needing attention in selecting rotary drilling rig
At present, there are many kinds of rotary drilling rigs in China's market, and their prices are relatively expensive. If you want to buy a model with ideal performance and price, which is suitable for your own market development, you should focus on the following issues when choosing the model: ① According to the pile foundation site constructed by the enterprise, choose the model with appropriate drilling capacity; ② For products of the same level from different manufacturers, the rated torque of the power head, the lifting force of the main lifting rope and the weight of the machine are emphatically compared, and three models with larger parameters are selected; ③ Carefully analyze the cost performance of drilling rig; ④ Try to choose manufacturers with good after-sales service; ⑤ Understand the important parameters to measure the actual capacity and working reliability of the drilling rig, such as the rated output torque of the power head of the manufacturer, the rated working pressure of the hydraulic system and the safety factor of the main winch. After determining the model size, the following items should be considered when purchasing rotary drilling rig.
4. 1 rig torque
Select the torque of the drilling rig according to the engineering needs to ensure that the drilling rig can work reliably in the high efficiency area of the drilling rig. The high efficiency area of drilling rig generally means that the average progress of drilling rig is more than 5m/h during normal drilling. For example, when using short spiral drill and barrel drill, when the hole diameter is 800mm in the soil, the drilling rig torque should be 80kNm, and the drilling rig torque should be increased by 100mm every time the hole diameter is enlarged. In high-density sand and gravel layers, the torque of the drilling rig should be increased by 100mm for each additional hole diameter. It must be pointed out that the drilling speed of the drilling rig is closely related to the structure and structural parameters of the drill bit.
4.2 Drill pipe of drilling rig
The drill pipe should not only transfer all the torque of the power head to the drill bit at the bottom of the hole, but also stably transfer the pressure of the booster hydraulic cylinder, the self-weight of the power head and the self-weight of the drill pipe to the drill bit below tens of meters. Therefore, when drilling into hard strata, the drill pipe must bear great torque and WOB at the same time, and must also overcome great bending moment. If the drill pipe fails to meet the requirements, it is easy to be damaged.
The pressurization methods adopted by drilling rigs of various manufacturers are mainly embodied in the form of drill pipes. Friction telescopic drill pipe has high drilling efficiency in soft soil. Machine-locked drill pipe is suitable for drilling hard rock strata, and the operation requirements are high, so it is necessary to find a pressurization point to pressurize; The self-locking armored drill pipe can be pressurized at any time, and the torque transmission effect is good. Kelly can be divided into two categories: friction drill pipe and locking drill pipe. At present, from the form of drill pipe, drill pipe can be divided into wedge type, half wedge type and friction type. Wedge type and half wedge type can reliably pressurize the drill pipe when drilling in hard strata, as well as when drilling in hard strata and general strata. The pressure of drill pipe is well controllable.
The length of drill pipe should be determined according to the hole-forming depth. When the drilling depth range is large, two sets of drill pipes should be selected, one set of long drill pipes is not less than 60m, and the other set of short drill pipes is about 40m. In order to ensure the installation of the drill bit with the largest diameter, the distance between the center line of the drill pipe and the sliding surface of the drill string of small and medium-sized rigs should be no less than 1m, and that of large rigs should be no less than1.2m.. Rubber vibration reduction only has the function of vibration reduction, which can reduce the end wear of each drill pipe and ensure the service life of drill pipes. Spring vibration reduction and rubber spring compound vibration reduction can not only effectively ensure the service life of drill pipe, but also unload the mud residue that is difficult to unload in the drill bit through vibration, thus improving the work efficiency. The service life of the spring is short when the spring vibration damping drill pipe is unloaded by vibration. Vibration amplitude and vibration times should be strictly controlled, and spare springs should be provided. It is suggested that spring be used to reduce vibration of short drill pipe and rubber be used to reduce vibration of long drill pipe.
4.3 mast adjustment structure
At present, the mast adjustment structure of drilling rig has two categories: triangle and parallel four-sided opening, each with its own advantages. In the construction site, the parallelogram mast adjustment structure is more practical from the aspects of on-site installation and disassembly of drilling rig and crossing obstacles in the air during construction.
4.4 auxiliary system
1) The rotary drilling rig should have an automatic depth measuring device, which can measure not only the depth of each drilling, but also the total depth of the drilling. This is very important for drilling quality and safe operation of drilling rig.
2) The drilling rig should also be equipped with a vertical deviation correction device with automatic and manual modes, so as to quickly adjust and correct the vertical state of the drill pipe at any time and ensure the hole-forming quality.
3) Safety devices of drilling rig include emergency stop and cab protection device. The emergency stop device is mainly used to prevent the drilling rig from hurting people in the blind area of the driver's vision when working.
4) All parts of the drilling rig have maintenance space, and spare parts can be easily replaced. The drilling rig is equipped with complete and durable special tools and general tools.
4.5 Other matters
Power system requires reliable operation and long trouble-free working time. Generally, famous brand engines with domestic spare parts should be used; Hydraulic and electrical systems require reliable performance, and domestic spare parts are easy to solve; The transportation size of the drilling rig should be controlled within the maximum length 13m, width less than 3.2m and height less than 3.2m.. ..
