Over time, the whole lesson preparation process is like a war, and every minute counts. Fortunately, there was a process memorized, so I finally finished writing my speech at the specified time. Holding the time, the staff came in to inform me that the time was up and took me to the second floor. Several judges have just finished eating and are having coffee in the interview room. When I came to the interview room, I first gave the topic I had drawn to the tutor sitting next to me, and then began to lecture. It is impossible to remove the manuscript. After all, it's only 40 minutes since I got the topic, and the lesson preparation draft has just been released, so I can only read it with it. This evaluation is different from the induction evaluation. On-the-job assessment is often a long-standing topic. Candidates can write back in advance, make more moves, and even do a good PPT. But this is improvisation, so the blackboard writing is as concise as possible, and there are not so many tricks.
After all, I wrote it myself, so I don't have to stare at the manuscript. In some cases, I can still make eye contact with the judges. I was a little nervous at first, but then it was like having a class. Seeing that the judges nodded slightly, I knew that as long as I played normally and read the manuscript smoothly, there should be no problem.
Because I was worried for more than ten minutes, I was a little anxious at first, because once the time limit was exceeded, the judges would not let you finish reading the manuscript, saying that even if your manuscript was not completed, it would be greatly discounted. The last step, when it comes to blackboard design, I took a look at the time. It took less than 8 minutes, which seemed a little fast, but there was nothing I could do. My mobile phone, the teacher on duty told me to sit down in my seat and divide it equally, and I was not allowed to take it back during the period. I guess I'm afraid of calling to find a relationship and going through the back door, which will affect the judges' scores.
