1. Drill scene

It is located in the front mountain area of ​​the Longmen Mountain fold and fault zone. Faults and folds are quite developed, the rocks are very broken, and collapses, landslides, and debris flows are the main geology of the town. Type of disaster. Especially after the "5·12" earthquake, geological disasters occurred more frequently within the territory. The Houba mudslide, if it occurred during heavy rains, would seriously threaten the lives and property of 424 people in 148 households.

The drill is scheduled for May 30, 2013, with registration at 14:00-14:30 and the drill officially starting at 15:00.

IV. Drill content

Simulate early warning and transfer in advance. In accordance with the "Pengzhou City Sudden Geological Disaster Emergency Plan", monitor early warning, mobilize quickly, and implement emergency measures before the disaster occurs. and orderly transfer, and the whole process of people’s living arrangements after the transfer, the specific procedures are:

(1) This exercise assumes that the Pengzhou Meteorological Bureau and the Pengzhou Land and Resources Bureau jointly issued a level four geological disaster Weather warning. Level 4 (early warning level): Within 24 hours, geological disasters are likely to occur, with daily rainfall greater than 100 to 250 mm, and 130 to 180 mm of rainfall during the process.

(2) After receiving the early warning, the town’s packaging cadres quickly rushed to the relevant points, and the monitoring personnel immediately entered the hidden danger points to inspect, and mobilized and organized the transfer of the masses.

(3) The Municipal People's Government and relevant departments are on duty in the 24-hour duty room, and the leaders in charge lead the shift to make preparations for rescue and disaster relief; and immediately activate the "Pengzhou City Sudden Geological Disaster Emergency Plan"; the city, The town people's government and the village (neighborhood committee) promptly launched the "Mass Relocation Plan" and quickly organized the relocation of the masses to safe areas.

(4) Organize the masses to provide early warning and avoidance: The transfer method is for the masses to transfer independently under the guidance of the person responsible for monitoring hidden danger points, and the emergency transportation vehicles of the town government and village committee will organize the transfer in a unified manner. The transfer principle is first The elderly, disabled, children, and women in their prime of life will be transferred to the safe haven at Chen Li and Wang Jianyou Farmhouse, which is about 600 meters away and about 2 minutes' drive away.

4. Municipal Water Affairs Bureau

5. Municipal Fire Brigade

Responsible for organizing 10 fire fighters to assemble on time.

6. Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau

is responsible for organizing 10 members of the mine rescue team to patrol the drill site.

7. Municipal Health Bureau

Organized the dispatch of 120 ambulances and was responsible for setting up temporary medical facilities and health and epidemic prevention work.

8. Civil Affairs Bureau

Responsible for preparing 2 tents, and placing 100 barrels of instant noodles and 200 bottles of mineral water prepared by the Xiaoyudong Town Government at the transfer site: Chenli Farmhouse .

9. Xiaoyudong Town

10. Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department

7. Vehicle parking location
