To go to other places, you must first go to Yunfu city, or you can only stand on the roadside and wait for passing buses.

It seems that you have never been to Yunfu. Except for Luoding, I have been to Yunfu City, Xinxing, Yun'an and Yunan. Yun'an is the least developed one. I think Xinxing and Yunan are both good. At least the county seat has been built relatively decently.
