Which is wetter, Chengdu or Chongqing?

Chengdu. The climate in Chongqing is different from that in Chengdu. Compared with Chengdu, the temperature in Chongqing is higher (2℃ higher on average for many years), longer in summer (33 days) and shorter in winter (33 days), with more days of extreme high temperature and more average precipitation. Moreover, Chengdu is located in the basin soil with high water content and high rainfall density, so it will be wetter than Chongqing.
