What's the difference between the climate in Sydney and China?

Sydney has a Mediterranean climate, which China does not have. The most obvious climate in China is monsoon.

The Mediterranean climate is warm and humid in winter, hot and dry in summer and concentrated in winter. Precipitation in most parts of China is concentrated in summer, so although Sydney is in the southern hemisphere, its precipitation distribution is consistent with that of China.

The precipitation is different.

But the temperature distribution is opposite. The highest temperature in Sydney is in summer, and it is in winter in China.
