Travel from Chengdu to Xi'an for 4-5 days, give directions on the route

Don’t go to the ruins of Daming Palace, it’s very boring.

Day 1:

1. The Provincial Museum is now free. It is recommended to go to the Provincial Expo first because the Provincial Expo is now free but not free (bring a valid ID to get the ticket). There are more people visiting every day. If you don't go early, the queue time to get tickets will be longer. If you are taking train, take bus 5 or 30 at the train station and get off at Cuihua Road.

2. After visiting Shaanxi Expo, go east and cross Cuihua Road for about 100 meters. There is a 7-day chain hotel on the north side of the road, where you can stay. After settling in, take the bus to the South Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and enter the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

3. After visiting the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, take the bus at the South Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, get off at the Tang Furong Garden, and enter the Tang Furong Garden.

7. After visiting Hanyao, take bus 22 at the west entrance of Hanyao Road and get under the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Go to the North Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda to see the musical fountain (the musical fountain in the North Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is the largest musical fountain in Asia. It is best to watch the 9pm show with music and lights).

The next day:

1. Take bus 521 and bus 8 (610) on Cuihua Road and get off at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda.

2. Take the Wulong Special Line and Route 40 from the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, next to the Wenchang Gate. Once you enter the Wenchang Gate, you will find the Forest of Steles Museum.

3. Visit the Forest of Steles Museum. You can go west along the south wall of the Forest of Steles to the Shuyuanmen Pedestrian Street (Shuyuanmen Pedestrian Street is full of calligraphy and some handmade products. Generally, just look at it and don’t buy it. If you really want to buy it, just buy some gadgets. Be careful. Zaiyo) Go to the south gate and climb the city wall from the south gate.

4. After getting off the city wall, take the bus or walk to the bell tower. If you want to go up to the Bell Tower, go down to the underground passage of the Bell Tower and buy a ticket to go up to the Bell Tower. After visiting the Bell Tower, go from the Bell Tower Square to the Drum Tower (it is recommended not to go up to the Drum Tower after going to the Bell Tower). After visiting the Drum Tower, you can enter Hui Street from the Drum Tower. Where is the most comprehensive place for Hui snacks in Xi'an?

5. If you have enough time, you can go to Luomashi Pedestrian Street, 200 meters east of East Street east of the Bell Tower.

Take bus 24 at Cuihua Road and get off at Tang Furong Garden. Take the Shengtang Journey Road bus from Tang Furong Garden (departs from the west gate of Furong Garden every hour from 8 to 11 o'clock, and you can take the bus to Famen Temple for free if you purchase a ticket to Famen Temple). After visiting Famen Temple, take a bus from Famen Temple to Fufeng , take a bus bound for Qianxian, Yongshou, and Bin counties in Fufeng County, get off at Qianxian, and take the bus to Qianling. After you return from Qianling, take bus No. 701 at Chengxi Bus Terminal (before 7:30 pm) and get off at Cuihua Road. If you arrive at Chengxi Passenger Terminal after 7:30 pm. Take bus No. 12 at Chengxi Bus Terminal and get off at Nanshao Gate. Take bus 26 at Nanshaomen and get off at Cuihua Road.

Day 4 and 5:

Take bus 914 at the East Square of Xi'an Railway Station (in front of the train station ticket gate) (it is best not to take it, it is a low-speed, very slow) , No. 915, No. 5, first go to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, and then take the above bus from the Terracotta Warriors and Horses to the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang. From Qin Shihuang’s Mausoleum, take the above bus to Huaqing Pool. There is no need to climb Lishan Mountain (because you still have to climb Huashan Mountain). After visiting Huaqing, you can take a long-distance bus or train in Lintong to Huashan. It usually takes less than three hours from Lintong to Huashan by bus or train. Climb Huashan that night. If I arrange it this way, you won’t have to travel in vain and you can save a day’s accommodation fee.

Note: Be careful of being ripped off when eating in Lintong. Check the menu prices before eating.

The main attractions in Huaqing Pool are: Imperial Concubine Pool, Five Halls and Bingjian Pavilion.

The entrance ticket to Huashan is 120 yuan, the student ticket is 90 yuan, and there is an insurance fee of 5 yuan. Huashan is famous for its dangers. It is divided into five peaks, east, west, south, north, and the highest point is the south peak. Xifeng is said to be the place where agarwood split the mountain to save his mother.

The climbing timetable and route for self-guided tour of Huashan Mountain: Foot of Huashan Mountain (drop off location) → (7 minutes) Yuquanyuan → (15 minutes) Huashan Archway → (5 minutes) Wulong Bridge (ticket office) → (30 minutes) Fish Stone → (20 minutes) Wuliguan → (15 minutes) Shimen → (25 minutes) Maonv Cave → (15 minutes) Cloud Gate → (10 minutes) Huixin Stone → (10 minutes) Thousand-foot Building → (15 minutes ) Baichi Gorge → (25 minutes) Otolith Rubbing → (5 minutes) Ladder to Heaven → (5 minutes) Yudao (Canglong Ridge) → (25 minutes) Jinsuoguan → (8 minutes) Wuyun Peak → (15 minutes) Yingyang Cave → (5 minutes) Chaoyang Peak (East Peak) → (35 minutes) Nantianmen → (25 minutes) Yangtianchi → (35 minutes) West Peak → (12 minutes) Middle Peak → (18 minutes) Canglong Ridge → ( 25 minutes) Hozen Chou → (5 minutes) North Peak → (2 minutes) Ropeway → (4 minutes) foot of the mountain. You need to bring plaster, mosquito repellent, safflower oil and hunger-resistant food. Remember to wear travel shoes and bring a piece of clothing, preferably a three-piece suit, two spare batteries, and a flashlight. Water can be supplied along the way, ranging from 5 yuan for a large bottle to 1-2 yuan for a small bottle. A bowl of instant noodles costs 7 yuan. It is recommended to stay in Zhongfeng. Zhongfeng is less than half an hour away from Dongfeng. There are small hotels where you can stay for 30-50 yuan a night. There are many people soliciting customers outside Yuquan Hospital. Ignore them. If you want to buy water, it is best to buy it in a supermarket in Xi'an and bring it with you. The water in the supermarket here is also very expensive. The food outside Yuquan Yuan is more expensive than inside. You'd better eat on the street opposite Yuquan Yuan before going up the mountain. Bring some meat or eggs such as ham sausage to stave off hunger. The eggs on the mountain are 1.5 yuan each, but you’ll be full after eating three or four. Don't listen to people outside Yuquan Hospital who say it only takes six hours to go up the mountain. That's the speed of a mountain hauler. You have to calculate it as eight hours to go up the mountain to the middle peak. I forgot to tell you that it is very cold on Huashan Mountain. Don’t bring clothes because you are afraid of being tired. If you plan to stay overnight, you don’t have to bring them. Don’t think about climbing the mountain all night, because you won’t be able to open your eyes until you reach the middle peak.
