Explore the paradise of the Tujia people and look for the legendary fairyland in the clouds
Early spring in April is a season of warm spring and blooming flowers. Even the air is filled with vitality and green vitality. Pack your bags, step on the train, and go with your friends. Traveling is the most appropriate decision for this season. I have always heard of the name of Fanjing Mountain before, and I also have a certain understanding of it through photography. Mysterious, magical and beautiful have always impressed me. Action is worse than heartbeat. Accompanied by the warm spring breeze, I started my trip to Fanjing Mountain in Guizhou. As we all know, Mount Fanjing, located in Tongren, Guizhou, is the main peak of the Wuling Mountains and a famous Buddhist mountain. When visiting Mount Fanjing, most people go straight to the top. In fact, around the foot of Fanjing Mountain, there are many pearls of beautiful natural landscape scattered around. "Yunshe" is one of these pearls.
"Yunshe" is such a poetic and romantic name. Listening to the name, people can't help but imagine that there must be dreamlike scenery and legends here. "Yunshe" Tujia village was once a place where immortals lived. The immortals were moved by the hardworking and brave spirit of the Tujia people and moved to live in the immortal cave in the back mountain. They gave up the fertile land to the Tujia people. In order to commemorate the immortal's death, the Tujia people Due to his great achievements, the village was named "Yunshe". The meaning is "the house in the clouds, the place where immortals live". In fact, the word "Yunshe" is derived from the Tujia language, which means "a place where monkeys drink water".
At the foot of the towering Fanjing Mountain and on the bank of the quiet Taiping River, there is a natural village like a paradise. This is Yunshe Village, Taiping Township, Jiangkou County. Yunshe used to be an inconspicuous Tujia village. Yunshe is 7 kilometers away from Jiangkou County and 23 kilometers away from the Nanshan Gate of Fanjing Mountain. The village has a total area of 4 square kilometers. Among the 439 households with 1,717 people, 98% of the villagers are descendants of the Yang family. It is the largest village in Jiangkou Village. Yunshe Tujia people still retain their own ethnic customs and customs, so they are called "the first Tujia village in China".
The entire village of Yunshe is located on a flat dam, backed by rolling green mountains. In front of the village is the clear gurgling "Paradise Valley" Taiping River. It is definitely a geomantic treasure. The antique barrel house is the most typical Tujia wooden building here. The mottled bluestone paths wind around the front and back of every house. These winding lanes are like a maze, connecting every part of Yunshe. Houses are connected together, and it is almost difficult to get out without a local guide. The beautiful village chief proudly said that because of this, Yunshe has never been invaded by bandits.
In the middle of the village is a deep pool about ten meters wide and thirty or forty meters long, called Shenlongtan. Viewed from a high altitude, it looks like a swimming fish. The pond water is clear and sweet, warm in winter and cool in summer, and can be drank directly. In different seasons and climates, the color of the water may be dark blue, green, or green with purple, as crystal clear as emerald. Walking around Longtan Lake, you will have many imaginations...
Longtan looks like a blue sky. The sky in the water is so blue, with white clouds fluttering gently, and eagles soaring among the clouds... Is this a clever Tujia girl who cut a piece of the blue sky and spread it in the Longtan of Yunshe?
Longtan is like a mirror. In the mirror, you can see the Tujia Sanheyuan and thatched paper-making workshops; you can see the Tujia young men and women singing love songs on both sides of the Longtan; if you are lucky, you can also witness the lively scene of the Tujia wedding procession carrying the bride away with the beating of gongs and drums.
The reason why Shenlongtan is mysterious and magical has been recorded in history for thousands of years. "General Chronicles of Guizhou": "Yunshe Spring is ten miles north of Xisi (Tongren Fucheng). If there is a drought every year, it will rain when you pray." Daoguang's "Tongren Fucheng" says: "Yunshe Spring is ten miles north of Xisi (Tongren City). If there is a drought every year, it will rain." "When blood is applied on it, it will rain." In summary, Shenlongtan has three wonders: first, it is unfathomable; second, it can predict the weather; third, the spring water flows back from time to time.
Here, the Yunshe Tujia people still retain their own simple and elegant customs and traditional farming, Tujia brocade, hand-knitting crafts, etc. "Yunshe made paper, and Cai Lun was his teacher." Papermaking, one of China's four great inventions, still retains the water rows, workshops and native production techniques passed down in the Tang Dynasty.
An ancient papermaking workshop still exists in the village.
The ancestors of the Tujia people worshiped Cai Lun as their teacher and learned papermaking intensively, which is still used today for hundreds of years. As one of the main economic pillars of Yunshe Village, ancient papermaking has always been loved by villagers, and this precious traditional craft has accompanied Yunshe Village through more than 300 years of history. Yunshe Village is more than 1,500 meters above sea level, with steep mountains and lush bamboo forests. The Shenlong Pond in the village and the Taiping River in front of the village are full of singing and flowing water all year round. During the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, the ancestors of Yunshe valued this geomantic treasure land and moved here to make a living by making paper, and the papermaking craft was passed down from generation to generation.
A very special barrel house. The Tujia Tongzi House is the most distinctive Tujia ancient building in Yunshe. Its structure generally consists of a main house, a side house, a wooden building and a facing door. It is surrounded by walls and is also called a fire-sealing Tongzi. Generally speaking, the Yunshe Tongzi House building is square in shape, high in the north and low in the south. The upper part is the main house, which is divided into a central hall and left and right wing rooms, and the lower part is the building. Some are connected on all sides and left empty in the middle, forming a four-corner patio. (There are big characters on the left and right of the gate, which are the characters "Fu" and "Shou")
The ancient residences in Yunshe are mostly stilt houses, three-sided courtyards, and four-sided courtyards, with raised corners, white edges, and corridors and rafters. Connected to each other, the green tiles are like scales, and they are magnificent and simple.
Especially the various carved railings on the stilted building. Although they have been blackened by the smoke and dust of the years, their ingenious conception and exquisite craftsmanship are really impressive.
In terms of shape design, square, round, oblique, 10,000-character grids, pictures of longevity, flowers, animals and various fruits are all included in the paintings. Although they vary widely, they are all lifelike and fully reflect the hardworking wisdom and love and pursuit of life of the Tujia people in the past generations.
The Yunshe Tujia people have a long history of thousands of years. During the Warring States Period: "Chuzi destroyed Ba, and the five Bazi brothers flowed into central Guizhou. The Han Dynasty ruled the world, and their names were: You, Chen, Wu, Wuwu, Each of the five rivers in Yuan is the length of one stream, so it is called Wuxi Man. "The Yunshe Tujia people are the ancestors of Chenshui and live here. Today's characteristic and unique feature is that through historical evolution, the Tujia ancestors have interacted, integrated, and intermarryed with ancestors of other ethnic groups. The Yunshe Tujia people still retain their own ethnic heritage and leftover ethnic customs. This is where the Tujia people in China have lived for thousands of years. historical and cultural reappearance.
In the old house with an all-wooden structure, you can still clearly see various large-character slogans from the Cultural Revolution period, which have become the imprint of that era on this place
Hongnong, County Named after it was established in the fourth year of Yuanding in the Western Han Dynasty (113 BC), its jurisdiction is approximately the same as the Luo, Yi, Xichuan and other river basins south of the Yellow River in Henan and west of Yiyang, as well as the Luoshui, the upper reaches of the Shechuan River and the Danjiang River basin in Shaanxi. After the Jin Dynasty, the jurisdiction of Hongnong County gradually shrank, but the line from Huashan, Shaanxi to Sanmenxia, Henan has always been an eye-catching area of Hongnong County, because this is the birthplace of the Hongnong Yang family, the most prominent family with the surname Yang in the world. The Hongnong Yang family is the noblest and most respected in the minds of the Yang clan in the world. Many Yang family trees trace their ancestors back to the Yang family in Hongnong.
Many ancient houses and ancestral halls built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties are scattered along the mountains and rivers; along the deep lanes, walking on the winding, rugged and narrow bluestone roads, it feels like walking into the ancient Long time ago.
In the dusk that had just passed through the drizzle, Yun She had an extra light and shy charm like a girl. The continuous ridges that are not majestic are looming in the clouds and mist. The eyes are full of green and green, the water is clear and calm as a mirror, the green leaves are tender, and even the flowers on the roadside are elegant and casual, and there is no competition for favors. With every step you take, a comfortable and leisurely atmosphere wafts out of the flowers, grass and soil.
