When I opened this store, I was also faced with competition from big brands. At that time, I analyzed the dairy products of big brands, all of which were produced by factories, with single taste, long shelf life and some additives. Therefore, after my store was opened, it was mainly handmade, and there was no addition. These two aspects were the selling points.
2. Products should be diversified.
Many unprofitable milk shops do not change their products for several years, and customers will certainly be very tired and their business will naturally decline.
Our shop regularly produces new products. At present, the products are pasteurized fresh milk, old yogurt, liquid yogurt, purple rice yogurt, osmanthus rice yogurt, hand-cranked yogurt, whole grain yogurt, warm yogurt, fruit fishing, yogurt ice cream and so on.
Every time customers arrive at the store, they can have a different consumption experience.
3. Business model
For physical stores, profits are determined by cost control and sales.
The biggest costs are rent and labor. The rent cannot be changed, but it can be changed manually. If you look closely, the customers in community stores are fixed. If you are open all day and half day, the customers are all the same. Therefore, it is not necessary to operate all day, saving a labor cost.
And it's not bad to run for half a day, because the community store only has afternoon and evening, and it can mass produce products during the day. Just be responsible for selling packaging at night, so that customers will be more concentrated and turnover will increase.
