Fruits; increase the intake of fruits with low fructose content such as green plums, cucumbers, watermelons, coconut water, grapes, strawberries, cherries, pineapples, peaches, plums, olives, etc. In Western countries, there is a legend that eating cherries can prevent gout attacks. Clinical studies have also confirmed that cherries have a certain effect in preventing gout attacks. Therefore, gout patients can increase their intake of cherries.
