According to the information of official website, Shandong Provincial People's Government,11814, an illegal mining accident occurred in Qishan Coal Mine, Pingyi County, Shandong Province, which caused a major flooding accident. After preliminary investigation on site, it was found that underground pipelines were illegally installed, mined-out areas were connected, and surface water infiltrated, resulting in water leakage accidents, so 29 people were trapped underground.
