The project starts from the south exit of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and connects with Taicheng Corner of Airport Expressway. It passes through Renhe Town and Zhong Luotan Town in Baiyun District, Zhongxin Knowledge City and jiulong town in Huangpu District, Zhongxin, Yongning, Xiancun and Shitan Town in Zengcheng District in turn, ends in Shitan Town and is connected with Zengshen Expressway.

The Zengcheng section of Huaguan Expressway Project has a total length of about 26. 1km, passing through Xinxin Highway, Guanghui Expressway, Lixin Highway, guangzhou-shenzhen railway, Guangyuan Expressway, Xiancunyong, Xifu River and Zengjiang River, and finally connecting with Zengguang-Shenzhen Expressway, including expressway SG1SG1.
