What is the relationship between Taiji and Daoism? Simply talk about its meaning.
Laozi is the founder of Taoism, and the Tao Te Ching he left behind is the central idea of Taoism. Taoism in later generations is a religion founded by borrowing Taoist ideas, and Taoism has its own gods, namely, the Three Qing Dynasties: the Jade Qing Dynasty, the Lingbao Temple in the Qing Dynasty, and the Taiqing Moral Temple. Taoism is also divided into many sects. It is said that exorcism, fortune-telling and geomantic omen are the skills of each sect.
Tai Chi first appeared in the Book of Changes, which said: Tai Chi gives birth to two instruments, two instruments give birth to four images, and four images give birth to eight diagrams. Tai Chi is the beginning and the end of all things in the world. Taoism also borrows this theory to explain the supreme principle of the universe.
Tai Ji Chuan Wushu in later generations is also based on the theory in the Book of Changes, and its intention is to hope that the world can reach the realm of Tao by practicing this set of boxing.
