What are the “four major academies” in my country? Our country is a cultural and artistic powerhouse with a long history. In history, there are "four major academies" that are world-famous. The names of the four major academies are: "Yingtian Academy (now Nanhe River, Suiyang District, Shangqiu, Henan Province); Changsha Yuelu Academy (now Yuelu Mountain, Changsha, Hunan); Bailudong Academy (now Lushan, Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province); Songyang Academy (Today's Songshan, Dengfeng, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province)

These four private schools are collectively called the "Four Major Academies" in my country by well-known experts and scholars from all over the world. The original name of Yingtian Academy was Yang Cui (què) in the Later Jin Dynasty. ), the political party of the Song Dynasty opened courses to recruit scholars, and Yingtian Academy was full of talents. More than a hundred students were ranked among the same number in the imperial examination, as many as fifty or sixty. In 1009 AD, Song Zhenzong announced that the private school would be awarded a place. It was called "Yingtian Mansion Private School". During the reign of Emperor Renzong of the Song Dynasty, Yingtian Academy was renamed as Nanjing Imperial College in 1043, making it one of the highest schools in the Song Dynasty. With the support of the famous writer Yan Shu and others, it has greatly expanded. A number of famous teachers such as the famous thinker and writer Wang Anshi taught here, and it became prosperous for a while.

With the support of general Zhao Zhi, he founded the Suiyang School. After Yang Kui's death, his student Qi Tongwen continued to teach and established the school again.

In the early years of the Song Dynasty, the school was in urgent need. At that time, the students of Suiyang School participated in the imperial examination system, and as many as fifty or sixty people were successful. Scholars and scholars from all over the world came all the way to Songzhou to seek employment because of Qi Tongwen's reputation. There is a steady stream of visitors, and there will be a grand opening of Suiyang Academy where "experts and scholars from near and far will return". Among them will be Wang Anshi, who chanted "Be worried about the world's worries first, and be happy after the world's happiness." A school of academic research, cultural exchange and education was gradually formed. However, after Qi Tongwen died of illness, the school was closed for a time.

In the second year of Dazhong Xiangfu (1009 AD), Songcheng County (today's Songcheng County) was established. Cao Cheng, a wealthy man from Suiyang District, Shangqiu, Henan Province, invested three million yuan in the place where Qi Tongwen studied, built 150 rooms, collected more than 1,500 volumes of books, recruited students, and hired Qi Tongwen the next year. Sun Qi Shunbin led the academy and established a private school with Cao Cheng as an assistant. With the addition of Yan Shu, Wang Anshi and others, Yingtian Academy gradually developed into the most influential private school in the Song Dynasty.
