Why do you feel weak when the weather is hot?
1. Strengthen heart and lung functions and enhance disease resistance. The principle is simple: the coronary artery that supplies blood to the heart becomes narrow due to fat accumulation, which may cause a heart attack. Mountain climbing can make the heart produce more small artery branches, promote the increase of capillary function, replace large blood vessels, and reduce the chance of heart disease.
second, the air in the mountains is fresh, and it is refreshing to clean up the hustle and bustle of the city.
3. Mountaineering can obviously improve the strength of waist and legs, the speed and endurance of walking, the coordination and balance ability of the body and other physical qualities.
I'd like to remind you that although mountaineering has many benefits, there are some things that must be paid attention to, which can be summarized as follows:
1. A pair of hiking shoes. The groove on the sole is deeper to avoid slipping; It's best to have a high-top, which can protect your ankles, so that it won't get wet in rain or snow. Bright and washable clothes. The trees in the mountains are dense, so it is easy to fall behind, and the clothes are bright and easy to find. You'd better prepare a trekking stick. When going down the mountain, the body leans forward, and it is easy to fall. When it rains and snows, the mountain road is slippery and supported by a stick, and the insurance coefficient is much higher. If you encounter wild animals or something, you can use them as weapons. I once saw a big snake in the mountains. Although nothing happened, I felt at ease because I had a stick in my hand.
2. Be sure to bring plenty of water and put some chocolate in reserve. Take some common medicines: Band-Aids, essential balm, quick-acting heart-saving, etc. Don't drink water and eat when climbing. When climbing, the heart is burdened with heavy burden and the blood supply is insufficient. If you eat and drink water at this time, part of the blood will flow into the stomach, and the blood supply to the heart will be less, and people will be flustered and dizzy due to ischemia.
3. remember "walk without looking at the scenery, and look at the scenery without walking". The mountain is beautiful and the scenery is pleasant. If you want to see the scenery, you should stop. Because most of the mountain roads are narrow, there are many stone trees and vines, which are prone to accidents. If you sprain your foot, it is difficult to rescue and walk.
4. Don't worry when climbing, and it's forbidden to walk quickly, especially at the beginning. Slow down, adapt step by step, and slowly adjust your breathing. Don't look up, it's easy to get discouraged and your feet are even more boring when you see that the top of the mountain is still so far away. In fact, everyone has similar physical strength, but some people have better endurance. Don't climb too high at first, and rest in about 3 minutes.
5. mountaineering activities must be adhered to. Persistence is the most important thing for any kind of exercise to be effective. My experience is to join a mountaineering team, and a group of like-minded people can stick to it by moving together, urging and encouraging each other.
Recommend a plan for young people to climb Mount Tai: they can rest in Wohushan Reservoir after lunch; Eat early for dinner, eat more high-calorie things, prepare water, cola, chocolate, jerky and other reserves at the same time, put on soft and comfortable shoes (cloth shoes are recommended), bring headlights (or flashlights) and hiking crutches, and start hiking from Huimaling lightly (don't wear too much clothes).
If it's a pair of people, you should number everyone in the team, and everyone will walk up the mountain in a long snake array in a fixed order. On the way, the number of people is counted regularly. You can have a simple rest in the middle, not too long at a time-if you rest for a long time, you can't walk, so you must control your drinking water on the way.
It's about 1: 3 when we arrive at Zhongtianmen. It's very lively there, so we can stop and have a good rest for an hour. Drink some water, eat something, massage each other and trim. You can't eat too much and be full, because you have been walking and there is still a steep road to go, and the blood circulation is concentrated on your legs. If you eat too much, the blood supply to your stomach is not enough, and the food you eat is not easy to digest and hurts your stomach. After eating, I suggest everyone drink some coke. After walking all the way, you may be panting, talking or chatting on the way, and some chill will be sucked into your stomach (it is very cold on the mountain at night, and there are many trees on Mount Tai, which is very heavy). Drinking carbonated drinks and burping can get rid of these chill. After this rest, some burdens can be lightened a lot.
then go to the worse gate, and go to Tianjie to rest. It should be almost 12 o'clock. It should be noted that when we get to the worse gate, we must control the speed. Everyone must be exhausted. The road is steep and some steps are loose and wobbly. Be careful at this time, and don't accidentally roll down the mountain when you see the key points.
The Tianjie is full of lights and people are crowded. Go east along Tianjie, first find a place to rent a cotton coat and rent a coat to keep warm (by this time, most people's clothes are soaked with sweat, so it's cold on the top of the mountain, so pay attention to cold and warmth). After these things are packed, we should choose a place that is convenient for rest and watching the sunrise in the morning. After choosing, pack up the finances, and everyone will take turns to sleep on duty. 7, 8 people sleep together in coats (hehe, it looks a bit like a group of seals from the outside).
the next morning, it's time to watch the sunrise and take photos. After breakfast, I went down the mountain. Walking for one night, my legs are sore and swollen, and at this time, the trekking poles will come in handy. Let's walk slowly and chat slowly, and take a group photo along the cliff. I came down before I knew it
The week after that is the physical recovery period, and many people may have backache, which is due to the lack of exercise at ordinary times. I don't see people picking mountain workers, and they pick things up on the mountain every day. There is nothing wrong with them. Occasionally, when you board, you can see soldiers engaged in activities. In front of you, a man holds a banner high and rushes to the mountain, and behind him, a group of soldiers follow the crazy chase. Know your own gap, so take good exercise at ordinary times.
