State regulations on heating

The national regulations on heating are as follows:

1. On October 1th, the staff of North Heat Source Factory of Huhhot Xuyang Thermal Heating Co., Ltd. were monitoring the heating situation. On the same day, in order to cope with the cold wave and the sharp cooling weather, all heating enterprises in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region started heating in advance;

2. The heating start time in Beijing is November 15th, 222, but it should be noted that the Municipal People's Government can adjust the heating period according to the actual situation such as meteorology. The latest news on October 11, Beijing Thermal Power Group, a subsidiary of Jingneng Group, has successively carried out water testing and suppression work;

3. From October 9th, 15 residential quarters in Chengbei District of Xining City will be heated in advance. Combined with the weather changes, Chengbei District Urban Management Bureau encouraged heating units to provide heating in advance, and 15 property communities including Jinzuo Weini Valley and Jinyejiayuan started heating on October 9. Chengbei District Urban Management Bureau will continue to pay attention to the preheating and heating situation of central heating district, and urge heating units to deal with various heating problems in time.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China-Urban Heating Service

stipulates that the heating temperature shall not be lower than 18℃, and no unit or individual may interrupt the heating of the heating system by means of violence or threat to achieve the purposes of demolition and requisition. Under normal weather conditions and when the heating system is running normally, the heating enterprise shall ensure that the heating temperature in the bedroom and living room of the user is not lower than 18℃.
