Where is the climate warm and there is little precipitation?

The area south of Tibet is definitely wrong. Accurately speaking, southern Tibet has exceeded the border of China, and the annual average temperature in southern Tibet has not exceeded 10 degrees. The annual average temperature in Lhasa is about 6 degrees. In the warm areas of China, it should be said that the south of the Yangtze River is still relatively warm, with the annual average temperature exceeding 16 degrees. The area with low temperature throughout the year is the first line from Guangzhou to Kunming and its south area. Another indicator of warmth is the weather. Most parts of Yunnan are Grade 4 like spring, which has a great influence on climate perception.

As far as precipitation is concerned, the area with little rain all year round is in the northwest, but the temperature here does not match and can be ruled out. Compared with areas with relatively consistent temperatures, the annual precipitation in most areas south of the Yangtze River is above 1000mm, and only the precipitation around Kunming, Yunnan Province is less, below1000 mm.

Therefore, the climate in Chinese mainland is warm, and there is less precipitation in Kunming and its surrounding areas.
