Three ancient poems

(1) Look in the mirror

You can only recognize your age by looking in the mirror, and the frost on your temples will invade you.

The old look is doubtful, but the new look seems hard to believe.

A mediocre person seeks trouble, but a wise man cherishes his time.

The universe is great in my belly, and the sunset is as bright as a brocade.

(2) Ode to the Cactus

Born poor but proud, not afraid of severe cold and scorching heat.

I will not offend others unless they offend me, and I wish to live in peace with all living beings.

(3) Spring Festival

The spring breeze in March intoxicates the horizon, and the light catkins dazzle the eyes.

The flying paper kite moves with the heart, embracing nature and poetry flourishes.

Editor’s comment:

The poem "Looking in the Mirror" expresses the emotion of life in a natural and vivid way, "The sunset is as bright as brocade." It is the poet’s treatment of nature. The beautiful mentality of regularity. The second song sketches the growth environment and habits of the cactus and the upright character in life, which is ordinary but far-reaching. The third song "Spring" sings the natural March sky with a change of writing style, and the heart flies with the catkins and paper kites. Good poems are recommended and rewarded.
