Why is diarrhea easy in summer?
People sweat a lot in summer, and the human body dilutes the gastric juice after drinking a lot of water. Coupled with poor rest, the human body's resistance drops, creating conditions for the invasion of pathogenic bacteria. In summer, people like to eat fruits, cold drinks, cool vegetables and other foods, which are easily contaminated by pathogenic bacteria. Diarrhea caused by eating contaminated food is called infectious diarrhea.
There are dozens of bacteria known to cause diarrhea, such as Shigella causing bacillary dysentery, Salmonella causing gastrointestinal food poisoning, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli and so on. If the water, meat, eggs, milk and other foods we eat are contaminated by these bacteria, it will easily lead to intestinal diseases. Once diarrhea and vomiting occur, you should go to the hospital immediately for timely and correct treatment.
