On cloudy days, there will be the sun in the sky, but it will be blocked by thick clouds in the sky for a long time, so the sun will not be visible. Cloudy refers to a scientific term in meteorology. The definition in weather forecasting is very strict. Using satellite cloud photos for analysis can improve the accuracy of weather forecasting. Cloudy is a kind of weather that can be called "sunny and overcast". "interval" weather phenomena.
Cloudy in meteorology refers to the coverage of clouds in the sky covering four-tenths to eight-tenths of the sky. It means that there are many clouds in the sky and there is not enough sunshine, but sunny days can still be seen through the gaps in the clouds. Weather phenomena in which medium or low cloud cover accounts for 4/10-7/10 of the sky area or high cloud cover accounts for 6/10-10/10 of the sky area.
