Matters needing attention in paint construction in high temperature weather in summer
Ventilation and dry environment
Painting must be carried out in accordance with the construction requirements of the specification, that is, in a ventilated and dry environment. Excessive indoor humidity will affect the formation of paint film and the gloss of paint. Good ventilation can evacuate volatile flammable and harmful gases as soon as possible.
Dust storm weather
Paint coating construction is most afraid of sandstorm weather, because dust falling on the paint film will affect the coating effect. Therefore, this kind of construction is generally carried out with the doors and windows closed. If the painting amount is large, the indoor temperature is high, the construction time is long, and the xylene gas accumulated in the indoor air is too high, it will lead to poisoning. Don't stay in a closed room for too long when the wind and sand weather can't satisfy the ventilation.
Classified storage of flammable materials
Material stacking should be classified. Different materials such as wood, paint and coating should not be mixed together or put in a room, but should be placed separately. Flammable materials such as paint should be stored in a ventilated place.
No Smoking
Don't smoke or throw cigarette butts at the construction site.
Prepare a fire extinguisher.
Fire extinguishers should be prepared at the construction site.
