Can bad weather be just bad weather?

This is a bad day.

Although it may mean "bad weather",

But these two sentences are ambiguous,

A terrible day and a terrible day

This is a bad day. This is a bad day.

use

Today the weather is very bad

or

The weather is not good today

Indicates bad weather.

Relatively clear.
