In the hot summer, fever in infants and young children is mainly caused by the following reasons:

2 The cold outdoor wind invades the skin due to dampness. Although it is summer, you should give your baby extra hats and clothes when going out, in case it rains or the wind cools down at night and the baby catches a cold.

3 Do not give your baby cold fruits to relieve heat, or cold milk to relieve heat. If the baby is breastfed and eats cold, spicy food, the baby will also have diarrhea and fever.

4 Infants and young children’s brains are not fully developed and their body temperature regulation function is not perfect either. When the body is exposed to external stimulation, or is invaded by viruses or germs, it can also cause fever. Such as: pneumonia, measles, dysentery, tonsillitis, chickenpox, etc.
