Your own sheep is slaughtered and eaten, and no one cares, but if you sell it, you can't be sure whether it is toxic or sick without the inspection of relevant departments. Even in some strict places, there are regulations on what feed to eat when feeding, and those that do not meet the regulations cannot be sold.

Market supervision departments are not allowed to buy and sell livestock privately, and require slaughterhouses to slaughter them uniformly. After the meat quality inspection is qualified, it is allowed to flow into the market for trading.
