Hefei also has many shortcomings, such as high housing prices, lower wages than some other provincial capitals, air quality, only summer and winter every year and so on. But the shortcomings are not hidden, and the development of Hefei is obvious to all. Some scholars believe that Hefei is a city with great development potential.
