Haval h7 evaporation box location
The evaporator of automobile air conditioner is placed in the car and belongs to direct air cooling structure. Based on the principle that liquid refrigerant with low temperature and low pressure needs to absorb a lot of heat when evaporating, the heat in the air flowing around it is taken away, so as to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.
The function of the evaporation box is that the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant enters the evaporation box through the atomization of the expansion valve. As the pressure decreases, the atomized refrigerant will evaporate and become gaseous. In this conversion process, heat will be absorbed, the temperature on the surface of the evaporation box will become lower, and the wind passing through the surface of the evaporation box will become cool wind.
Haval H7 water tank, also known as radiator, is the main part of automobile cooling system. The function is to dissipate heat. The cooling water absorbs heat in the water jacket, flows to the radiator and dissipates heat, and then returns to the water jacket for circulation, thus realizing temperature regulation. It is an integral part of an automobile engine.
When the water temperature of Haval H7 engine is high, the water pump pumps water repeatedly to reduce the engine temperature. (The evaporation box consists of hollow copper tubes. High temperature water enters the water tank and circulates to the engine cylinder wall after air cooling) to protect the engine. If the water temperature is too low in winter, the water circulation will stop at this time to avoid the engine temperature being too low.
